T&C-IT*

Maintenance Service Guarantee

Customers who purchase products from the Italian craftsmanship IF, IA, IR, IV, IM series are entitled to a three-year maintenance service guarantee (including non-human stone loss).

Repair Service Guarantee

Customers who purchase VENATI products receive a lifetime repair service guarantee, including diamond setting inspection, GIA diamond laser inscription inspection, refinishing, and repair of loose diamonds. (For damage or refinishing caused by wear, VENATI will only charge the cost price to repair your ring/product. Please refer to the "Polishing and Refinishing" terms for charges).

If diamonds chip or are lost due to human factors, the cost of raw materials and resetting fees will be charged based on the diamond's carat weight. Please consult our staff for the latest charges. 

Ring Resizing

The pricing of VENATI Italian craftsmanship rings is based on an EU size 60 or below. If the ring size is larger than the standard pricing at the time of order, an additional material fee will be charged:

Ring Modification Service

Customers who order custom Italian craftsmanship rings are entitled to one free ring size modification within 30 days from the date of collection. If the finger size no longer fits due to personal factors thereafter:

1)   To ensure the structural integrity of the ring, Italian craftsmanship styles can generally only be enlarged by EU 0.5-1 size (depending on the style and thickness, no reduction in size is accepted), and a modification fee will be charged.

2)   During pregnancy and after childbirth, a woman's finger size may undergo unpredictable changes, leading to an ill-fitting ring. When the ring style and size exceed the maximum enlargement limit, customers may choose to return the original ring, and the company will charge an administrative fee to create a new ring for you. This service term is limited to one use and has no time limit. Please consult our staff for the latest charges. 

(The above terms apply to Italian craftsmanship series products. If the product is lost, severely damaged, or incomplete, re-calculation will be required, and the above services cannot be provided.)

Repolishing and Refinishing; Ring Modification; Change or Add Inner Ring Laser Engraving, the price per ring is as follows:

18K material is HK$600/ring, PT950 (platinum) material is HK$1,000/ring. (Revised in 2026, prices may be slightly adjusted based on raw material costs without prior notice.)

* The number of characters for engraving is limited by the ring size. If the number of characters exceeds 12, it will be engraved in 2 sections, which may result in slight discrepancies (some styles may have font restrictions).

* As products must be polished and manufactured by hand, there may be slight deviations. The company advises that a +/-0.2mm tolerance is standard.

All repair services, refinishing, and ring modifications will take approximately 30 working days or more. Please wait patiently.

Exclusive Design Services

VENATI provides exclusive custom wedding ring services, offering professional advice based on the customer's finger shape and preferences to help them choose the most suitable style. We can also modify the ring's thickness, width, and shape; select different surface effects; choose the number of diamonds to be set; and offer two-tone designs and other personalized designs based on the customer's preferences.

1) Surface Finish: Changes to the ring's surface finish, such as sandblasting, wire drawing, or high-polish, will not incur additional charges.

2) Ring Line: The ring's "width" and "thickness" can be modified according to individual preferences, and increasing or decreasing the width may affect the amount of material used.

3) Diamond Price: Determined by the ring's width and quantity: Prices vary by style and model. Please consult our staff for a separate quote.

4) Two-tone Design: VENATI's two-tone effect is created using FPM "true color separation" technology, applicable only to 18K material styles. You can combine 18K white, yellow, rose gold, and 18K natural (champagne gold). (Excluding some styles) An additional craftsmanship fee will be charged.

5) Fine Engraving: Personalised fine engraving (specific font) on the ring's surface or side will incur additional design and craftsmanship fees.

6) Morse Code: For products outside the VERONA series, an additional design fee will be charged for Morse code effects.

7) Rotating Effect: For products outside the ROMA series, an additional modification and design fee will be charged for adding a rotating effect.

Customers who purchase custom-made Southeast Asian craftsmanship wedding ring products receive a one-year maintenance service guarantee (including non-human stone loss).

Customers who purchase custom-made Southeast Asian craftsmanship jewelry products receive a 10-day maintenance service guarantee (including non-human stone loss).

Reducing ring size generally incurs the same charges as above, but if the ring size needs to be increased by 2 sizes (EU Size) or more, an additional material fee of HK$600 up (including raw materials) will be charged. Special styles will require a separate quote, and some styles may exceed modification limits and cannot be altered. Please consult our staff.

Diamond Purchase Guarantee

VENATI provides a global first-hand loose diamond/gemstone purchasing service, with over a million options. Customers can purchase diamonds/gemstones directly through the VENATI online system;

Or reserve diamonds/gemstones to view the physical product at the store before making a purchase. 

Deposit, Shipping, and Insurance Fees

The prices shown for global diamonds/gemstones purchased at VENATI stores or through the online system are real-time cash prices. Prices may be subject to slight adjustments due to international exchange rates and raw diamond costs.

If you choose to reserve diamonds/gemstones to view the physical product at the store, a deposit is required beforehand. The deposit amount is determined by the product:

For diamonds/gemstones with a total value of HKD50,000 or below, only a shipping and insurance deposit is required. For diamonds/gemstones with a total value of HKD50,001 or above, 50% of the total diamond value is required (which includes the shipping and insurance deposit). Once the customer confirms the purchase of the diamond/gemstone, only the remaining balance of the diamond/gemstone needs to be paid.

If the reserved diamond/gemstone is ultimately not selected, we will charge a shipping and insurance fee, as follows:

For diamonds/gemstones with a total value of HKD50,001 or above, 5% of the total value will be deducted for shipping and insurance fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the cardholder/payer by cheque within 4-6 weeks.

After the diamonds/gemstones arrive at the store, store staff will contact the customer. Please schedule an appointment to view the physical product and decide on the purchase within 7-10 days. If no appointment is made or decision is reached after the agreed-upon date, VENATI will treat the order as canceled, and the shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded. Once a loose diamond is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or returned.

Our loose diamonds are priced in cash. If payment is made by means other than cash or bank transfer, an additional 3% handling fee will be charged.

Exclusive Design Services

VENATI offers high-end setting and personalized customization services. Based on the customer's finger shape and preferences, we provide professional advice to help them choose the most suitable style. We can also modify the ring's shape, shank width, thickness, and other personalized design elements according to the customer's preferences.

1) High-End Setting: After the customer selects their desired diamond/gemstone, they can choose from the store's standard mounting styles, and an experienced craftsman will perform the setting.

2) Concept Drawing: Customers are welcome to propose design concepts, and our staff will discuss the feasibility of the design with professional advice.

3) Customization from Images: Customers are welcome to customize from images. We will discuss and optimize the design and structure of your desired style.

4) Ring Line: The ring's "width and thickness" can be modified according to individual preferences, and increasing or decreasing the width may affect the amount of material used. Prices vary by style and will be quoted separately.

5) Diamond Price: The price of accent stones is determined by the ring's width and quantity, and will be quoted separately.

6) Surface Finish: You can choose the ring's surface finish: sandblasting, wire drawing, or high-polish effects do not incur additional charges.

7) Ring Resizing: The pricing for custom diamond rings is based on an EU size 56 or below. If the ring size is larger than the standard pricing, an additional material fee will be charged..

Once the customer decides to customize, the payment or deposit must be completed first. We will create a 3D design drawing based on the initial discussion. Customers can make no more than 3 minor adjustments to the 3D design drawing. If more than the specified number of minor adjustments or larger style changes are required, an additional drawing fee will be charged.

If the customer has lost the item, it is severely damaged, or incomplete, a new calculation will be required.

RING SIZE MODIFICATION SERVICE

General charges are as above, but if the ring size needs to be increased by 2 sizes (EU Size) or more, an additional material fee of HK$600 and up (including raw materials) will be charged. Special styles require a separate quote, please inquire with our staff.

*Due to manual polishing and production, products may have slight deviations. Our company advises a tolerance of +/-0.2mm as standard.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All invoices and confirmation documents issued by VENATI o/b VIE LIMITED are subject to the following terms and conditions. The customer's signature upon acceptance signifies explicit acknowledgment and agreement to the relevant terms. Any other documents or invoices provided by the customer with additional or conflicting terms will not be binding on VENATI unless agreed to in writing by VENATI.

The appearance/effect of the product is subject to the actual item. Website images and information are for reference only, and discrepancies between product images and actual items may occur due to factors such as photographic lighting and different display monitors.

Special offer items (as indicated on the invoice) are only eligible for maintenance services, excluding repair, refurbishment, and replacement services.

Customers should carefully inspect and verify the purchased goods, including style, model, quantity, size, and product effect, before leaving. All sold, custom-made, and discounted goods/products, once confirmed, are non-refundable. Used items or items damaged due to personal reasons (such as self-modification, improper storage, accidental damage, negligent damage, damage due to incorrect use, and normal wear and tear of items) are not eligible for exchange or return. (Our company reserves the right to determine if the above conditions have occurred).

VENATI reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend any promotional activities.

Original valid receipts must be provided for product exchange, return, repair, and refurbishment services. Our company reserves the right to refuse service without a valid receipt.

VENATI offers a bare diamond purchasing service at preferential prices for customers. Once confirmed, no refunds or returns are allowed.

Consumable products such as cleaning solution, polishing cloths, perfumes, and moisturizers are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

VENATI reserves the right to adjust prices, supply, and product details without prior notice. The above prices were revised in 2026 and may fluctuate with the market. In case of price changes, our company will make revisions on the website without further notice, so please stay informed.

Any fully paid, partially paid, or repaired items held by VENATI that remain uncollected 6 months after the agreed collection date will become the property of VENATI, and our company reserves the right to dispose of the relevant items. Any fees or deposits already paid will not be refunded.

Since administrative fees and custom-made costs are settled on the day of the transaction, if a customer cancels a custom-made product for any personal reason after signing the invoice and making payment, VENATI will deduct 50% or more of the total amount as a fee. The remaining balance will be returned to the cardholder/payer by check within 4-6 weeks.

In case of any dispute, VENATI reserves the right of final decision.
